A lot of people have asked about the EMO app. It will be available on the Apple and Google App stores very soon based on what I’ve been told.
The EMO Pet app main function is to allow you to do basic configuration of EMO, things like connecting him to WiFi and so on, as well as games and interaction with EMO. The app connects to EMO via Bluetooth and this means you can play games with EMO even without WiFi.

I really hope they make it accessible to blind users with voiceover. I have already ordered my emo, and I won’t be able to set it up if I can’t use the app.
I’m not sure what the plans are for this. I’ll pass the feedback on to them for sure.
Thank you so much! I’m not going to be too happy if I pay $200 for a robot I can’t set up lol. What is Emo like before you connect him to the app for the first time? Can he still do basic things or do you have to set up through the app to get him to do anything?
Hey Paden – I’ve reached out to the Living AI team, and their response was that they do not have support like this at this time. They don’t have a clear date on when they might either. If you like, they have said to email them at [email protected] with your order number and they will organise a refund for you so you don’t end up disappointed.
It’s ok. I’m not going to get a refund. I’m going to keep it and try to set it up and wait for updates to the app. I love emo too much to not get one. If it doesn’t work, I can try screen recognition.
