EMO rarely needs to be rebooted, but if for some reason you need to, you can do so with a paper clip. Simply use the paper clip to GENTLY press into the left hand of the two centre holes as highlighted below in the picture. This will shut him down. Then place him back on the charger to trigger him to power up again.
DO NOT PRESS ANY OTHER HOLES AS YOU WILL DAMAGE EMO.

Hello, I am using an iPhone 13 Pro Max, the application keeps shutting down when trying to connect to EMO. My EMO keeps giving me a message that is not connected to the Wi-Fi. I tried two different iPhones and both do the same. I have a video I can share about the issue I have.

Emo stopped talking no audio
Hello I am unable to switch on my emo I used it for a month and since he has been off, today I tried to charge him, it works light is steady blue and he’s been on charge for 3 hours now but isn’t coming on. Pls help.

Hi there , just rec’vd emo for my son. Haven’t been successful in connecting to Internet or app. Emo ran out of power, now Emo won’t power up on his skateboard ??
My EMO’s gyros seem to be getting stuck, like he doesn’t walk properly, its nothing serious but it is very noticeable. Any suggestions?
